You will be responsible for building a network of candidates and client contacts in Technology Industry and undertaking proactive marketing and sales activities.
Job Responsibility
Team operation and forecast management.
Support the business growth through the initial research of prospective client lists.
Acquire new business with appropriate selling skills and accurate analysis of clients’ recruiting needs.
Identify influencers and manage relationships with all key client stakeholders.
Take ownership of providing the client with the required reports.
Gather candidate’s information for specific assignments. Select suitable candidate for clients through effective screening and interviewing.
Hands on senior level position an important assignment execution.
Update database and follow the company’s standard operating procedures.
Continually strive to improve service levels, selection tools and processes ensuring that these fit into the client’s strategic goals
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree or Computer Science related major
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
5 years recruiting experience. In depth knowledge of the recruitment process and diverse sourcing methods
Experienced in client development and relationship management
Working knowledge of the Information Technology industry highly desirable
Technology industrial experience or headhunting experience will be plus
Demonstrate good communication and strong customer service skills
Familiar with computer skills and Office application etc.
