Alan has over 13 years’ experience within the technology, training and executive search service industry. He has built long term sustainable relationships with both clients and top talents in the IT industry.

Alan has held senior management positions in the largest international executive search firm and the largest domestic executive search firm. Alan has demonstrated an illustrious and consistent track record of successes in account management as well as assignment delivery.

Prior to founding Geeker Consulting, Alan was Technology Practice Leader in a leading global executive firm, Branch Manager in the largest local recruitment firm and a Business Consultant at leading global executive search firm MRI Worldwide.

Ada Shen is a Partner with technology recruitment specialist firm Geeker Consulting. She has more than 10 years’ experience in the IT executive search industry, business development and execution and team management. She is focussed on middle to senior level positions in software, internet and the IT services field.

Prior to joining Geeker Consulting Ada was a Partner at Forwell Consulting and was responsible for IT practice recruitment business and she helped establish the IT search team from scratch.

Ada started her recruitment career in 2003 with Singaporean recruiting firm Uniland. During her second year at Uniland she was promoted to Recruiting Supervisor. She was responsible for recruiting all high-end vacancies in the software and manufacturing department.

Lesley Xiao is Geeker’s Branch Manager in Shenzhen. She is an experienced and professional recruiter specialize in technology recruitment. Since joining in Geeker Consulting in 2012, she has worked in Shanghai office 2 years then moved to Shenzhen promoted to head of the office.

She focus on recruiting IT talents whose field in ERP, Software development, Business Intelligence, Big Data, Banking IT and Internet Finance so on. Lesley’s recruitment expertise has helped her fulfilled openings for some Global Top IT company such as IT Service Company, IT Consulting Company and Software Company etc.

Lesley developed a professional keen insight and the candidate accurate judgment ability from Geeker Consulting international standards of philosophy and perfect training system. It will help her provide the most professional and the best quality of services for the clients and candidates.

Lesley Xiao, Graduated from Changchun University of Technology and earned a bachelor Degree in Business Management.

Adah Wang is a Partner with technology recruitment specialist firm Geeker Consulting. She has about 10 years’ working experience within the Human Resources service industry and more than 8+ years’ headhunting experience focusing on the IT industry. Adah focuses on recruiting technical and management positions for application software, e-commerce and the web-gaming industries.

Prior to joining Geeker Consulting, Adah was a Consulting Manager for Azure Recruitment Consulting – a leading recruitment firm focused on the IT industry. Adah reported to a Consulting Director based in Hong Kong and was responsible for team management, staff hiring, business development and delivery.

Adah was a 360⁰ Consultant at Manpower. She was responsible for Business Development, candidate search, evaluations, interviews and providing ongoing support. She has acquired in-depth knowledge of the IT industry especially in software, middle to senior level technical and management positions.
