工作职责

工作职责

  • 通过潜在客户名单,并使用公司的CRM系统跟踪和开发潜在猎头客户;

  • 根据客户需求,制定候选人搜寻策略及名单收集渠道;

  • 良好的英语沟通和书写技能;
  • 2-3年招聘行业相关工作经验,对专业猎头技能有浓厚兴趣的;
  • 有IT行业公司工作经验的人选为佳;
  • 思维清晰,沟通问题简洁明了;
