- Providing Application Support to company customers and partners on our suite of enterprise software products such as ERP, Business Intelligence, Warehousing Management, Demand Management, etc.
- Engaged in global support operation project, assist/guide/mentor other teams members to continually improve the expertise of the team.
- Indepth knowledge of ERP software
- Superior analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong Progress language skills
- Strong documentation and communication skills (written and spoken) required throughout the support process. In both English and local language
- Demonstrated ability to continually learn new products and technologies
- Technical/System Experience or Knowledge would be highly regarded (UNIX, Windows NT, Internet, networks, Progress or Oracle).
- Working experience in the manufacturing, distribution, or accounting industry or professional certification in area of specialty (CPIM, CIRM, etc).
- Prior success in a customer service/Support capacity a definite advantage.
- Strong teamwork with internal colleagues and external customers.
- Proven ability to assist/guide/mentor other team members to continually improve the expertise of the team.
