About the role:
The Project Manager is responsible for end to end management and co- ordination of the project, and responsible for the successful completion of the project
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the Planning and Setting-Up of Assigned Projects
- Plan project resourcing requirements and inform Consulting Director of these requirements as input to the resourcing process;
- Contribute to the development of the Project Pricing/Cost Model as required.

Manage Assigned Projects Ensuring That Budget, Timescale and Quality Standards Are Met
- In liaison with the Consulting Director, plan and manage project organization and resourcing over project life cycle ensuring appropriate level of resources in terms of numbers, skills, etc., to meet project targets;
- Design schedule for the project, and set time line for each member of the team and delegate specific task to each members of the project.
- Responsible for developing a good relationship with the respective customers, get inputs from the client and communicate to the team members of the project.
- Monitor the cost, calculate the number of resources for the project and deploy it for the project.
- Monitor project progress against defined project milestones and report as required to Consulting Director;
- Escalate project problems to Consulting Director when appropriate;
- Predict risk factors and eliminate it for the successful completion of the project.
- Assist the Consulting Director with financial monitoring of project and contribute to cash collection, etc., when required
- In liaison with the Consulting Director, plan and manage project organization and resourcing over project life cycle ensuring appropriate level of resources in terms of numbers, skills, etc., to meet project targets;

Manage Project Teams
- Provide on-the-job training and coaching for team members on project-related areas, and inform Consulting Director of any individual general training requirements;
- Deal with problems of team members, escalating disciplinary or other serious situations to appropriate Managers;
- Optimize morale and motivation of team members;
- Ensure effective delegation of work and responsibilities within the team to optimize job satisfaction;
- Ensure effective communications within the team;
- Provide on-the-job training and coaching for team members on project-related areas, and inform Consulting Director of any individual general training requirements;

Provide Technical and Project Management Support in Sales Situations/Bid Process
- Contribute as required to the development of Project Plans for potential projects, including resourcing plans;
- Contribute to the risk assessment process for potential projects as required

- Undertake Any Other Duties and Responsibilities Which May from Time to Time be Assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- First degree is desirable in Computer science or related;
- Minimum of ten years' experience in ERP project management, solid hands on project management experience needs to be demonstrated.
- Strong domain experience in Finance/Supply Chain/MRO, etc. is also required.
- Business re-engineering experience would be an advantage.
- Other combinations may require more total years of experience.
- A solid understanding of application requirements should be demonstrable from previous work experience.
- Good written and oral communication skills for self-expression should be exhibited.
- Ability to work in teams as well as individually is required.
- Global & rollout implementation project management skill would be an advantage
- Be able to travel frequently
