We are seeking a direct marketing specialist to manage the delivery of solutions across a number of strategic accounts. The APAC Solutions Manager will establish and maintain a strong partnership with clients, partners and internal teams by ensuring successful execution of deliverables and by providing overall efficient account management to COMPANY’s clients in the Asia Pacific region.


  • Establishing working partnerships with clients and internal teams
  • Coordinating workflow and communication with other team members
  • Day to day account servicing and management of internal & client expectations
  • Researching and providing recommendations on CRM solutions for clients
  • Campaign timeline management
  • Recommending effective marketing channels (online and offline) and developing test plans
  • Working with internal client teams and analysts to provide an optimal content strategy
  • Driving business by ensuring key program goals are met
  • Responsibility for on time, on strategy, accurate program execution
  • Keeping abreast of the latest news and trends in the industry


  • At least 5 years working experience and minimum of 3 years agency experience
  • Knowledge of and experience in B2C and/or B2B campaign management
  • Experienced in executing marketing campaigns across all key channels
  • Digital marketing experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage client relationships, especially sensitive issues and effectively problem solve
  • Ability to analyze problems and produce a viable solution
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast changing environment
  • Software Experience: Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Communication Skills: Good written and oral presentation skills; client management skills, experienced team player, second language helpful
  • Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills; ability to manage a team
  • Willing to travel internationally as required
