Introduction:
End User is looking for a senior consultant to help implement/maintain Microsoft Dynamics GP / Great Plains into their organization
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, upgrade and support Microsoft Dynamics GP applications, including design, configuring, testing, data conversion and go live support.
- Perform business requirements analysis
- Upgrades, installs and troubleshoots networks, networking hardware devices and software
- Contribute to achieving and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and establishing a trusted advisor relationship with users
- Troubleshoot technical support issues; consulting with others to determine the most appropriate solution
Qualifications:
- Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in an information technology related field
- 3+ years of MS Dynamics GP (Great Plains) Implementation experience required, experience with 1 or more Dynamics GP / Great Plains full life cycle implementation will be a plus
- Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics Certifications, Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE); Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA
- Prior experience supporting, implementing and/or administering networks that supported Microsoft Dynamics products
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot functional, performance system and interface issues
- Customer Service focused with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience dealing directly with clients and work with all levels of management
- Must be flexible, value teamwork and joint collaboration and be responsible for successful completion of tasks
