POSITION:    Support Consultant

LOCATION:    Shanghai, China

JOB TYPE:     Technical Support

REPORT TO:    Customer Care Manager

COMPANY:     A European Top ERP company

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide first line support to existing customers via remote service.(including phone / email and other remote support)
  • Responsible for partners’ training to make sure they are able to provide first line support to customers.
  • Release system patch.
  • Provide prompt support to AC/TC.
  • Submit unsolved the problem to APs’ second line or third line support and seek solutions actively.
  • Provide technical support, internal training or presales support.
  • Understand company’s secondary development process and use development tools to track problems.
  • Master company’s report development tools.
  • Any other tasks assigned by line manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in computer technology related.
  • At least 3 years related experience.
  • Good knowledge on WebLogic/Oracle Database/PL SQL.
  • Net, C# development experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • With good team work spirit and work with self-learning, self-active.
  |  10 years working experience in IT practice executive search industry, strong in business development, execution and team management. Focus on Software, Internet and IT Services sector.
