JOB TYPE: technical support
REPORT TO: Customer Care Manager
COMPANY: A European Top erp company
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical support to existing customers via remote service(including phone / email and other remote support)
- According to the problems and search relevant patch in the knowledge database, release patches and download to the customer
- Submit unsolved the problem to second line or third line support and tracking process.
- Understand company's development process and analyses problems.
- Master company's report development tools.
- Any other tasks assigned by line manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in computer technology related.
- 2-4 years technical or support experience.
- .net, C# development experience is must.
- Good knowledge on Oracle Database/PL SQL.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- With good team work spirit and work with self-learning, self-active.
