A number of candidates who matched the requirements were collected from external sourcesand pre-screen before they were sent to the client for review. As the role requires someone with strong communication skills and knowledge the candidates gathered needed to be put through multiple interviews and reference checks.
The final candidate went through 4 rounds of interviews and accepted a package of 800K per annum and was given a higher title of Director rather than Senior Manager. The candidate was Taiwanese and held an MBA. He had previously worked for IBM for 10 years, with 5 years’ on a project with Mainland SCM, and he also owned his own business focusing on SCM solutions. SCM were delighted with the candidate and the level of suitability for the position.
