Our client newly established Chinese branch and looking for an experienced Sales Leader. Key Responsibilities:
- To assess customer requirements in the field of IT recruitment (permanent & temp & contracting)
- To build up and maintain a candidate database
- To recruit IT experts (with focus on SAP) (permanent & temp & contracting) for the Chinese market
- To build up and lead a Sales Team
- To report directly to the European based Management
Qualifications:
- University degree or similar
- At least 2 - 3 years of sales experience in the field of expert recruitment in China
- Basic to good knowledge about IT, in particular SAP
- Team lead experience
- Routine in working with MS Office applications such as word, excel etc.
- Mandarin as a mother tongue and very good English skills. German language skills are a plus
