  • 5年以上Helpdesk/Call center工作经验
  • 2年以上Helpdesk/Call center团队管理经验
  • 良好的报告制作与汇报能力
  • 有Helpdesk/Call center相关的提案制作能力
  • 开朗的性格,优秀的人际交往能力。认真负责的工作态度
  • 年龄:30 – 35岁间
  • 经验:真正的HELPDESK的3~5年的LEADER(有管理团队的经验)
