POSITION: Sales Manager –East Region
LOCATION: Shanghai, China
JOB TYPE: Sales/Business Development/Sales Management/Account Management
COMPANY: A top 10 global leading ERP supplier founded in 1980's in Sweden.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops a sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales target and profitability
- Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects
- Maintain good customer relationship and the company
- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing proposal to prospect for approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
- Assist and support all marketing activities
- Complete all company request sales reporting on a timely manner to head of sales
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least Degree in Business Studies and above or equivalent
- A minimum of five years working in the similar role
- Good understanding of Enterprise Software business
- Comfortable with Multi National Software Companies internal processes
- Ability to get in details, and solve problems
- Ability to speak conversational English & write is an advantage
- Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
