POSITION:    Sales Manager –East Region

LOCATION:    Shanghai, China

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops a sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales target and profitability
  • Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects
  • Maintain good customer relationship and the company
  • Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing proposal to prospect for approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
  • Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
  • Assist and support all marketing activities
  • Complete all company request sales reporting on a timely manner to head of sales

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least Degree in Business Studies and above or equivalent
  • A minimum of five years working in the similar role
  • Good understanding of Enterprise Software business
  • Comfortable with Multi National Software Companies internal processes
  • Ability to get in details, and solve problems
  • Ability to speak conversational English & write is an advantage
  • Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
  • Organizational leadership skills: aggressive in achieving results, while collaborating and communicating effectively with other members of the team


     

  |  8 years working experience in HR service industry, including more than 6 years headhunting experience focus on IT industry, especially application software, e-commerce and web-game industry, accumulate solid technical and management positions recruitment experience.  |  more
