Key Responsibilities:

  • Business & Market Development
  • Prospect interaction activity
  • Responsible for areas such as Business Planning, Forecasts and Market Intelligence
  • Strong Industry networks & foster client relationship
  • Organizing Market events related to this industry in line with Marketing plan
  • Coordinates selling efforts and work closely with Region Sales team
  • Established key region partner

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Business Development
  • Able to work in a cross-functional environment, with strength in working with people and building relationships
  • Excellent sense for figures with sharp business acumen and an analytical mind
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in working especially with State-Owned Companies
  • Willing to travel within China Region
  |  10+ years' experience in executive search industry. He had held senior positions in the largest international executive search firms and the largest domestic executive search firm.
