POSITION:    Audience Management – Senior Analyst (GDC)

LOCATION:    Shanghai, China

  • Conduct custom analyses to leverage data attributes and client business knowledge to develop audience based media testing and targeting strategy
  • Support the implementation of data management platforms (DMP’s) by defining online/offline data captures, integration and audience development
  • Work with internal data management teams to supporting data onboarding, log file integration for reporting and measurement
  • Support building a testing, targeting and measurement roadmap, and monitor contact strategy, channel and media partner overlap using DMPs


  • 3+ years experience in digital analytics
  • Hands on experience creating insights from using digital data. (Ex. Adobe Analytics)
  • Preferred experience with reporting and analyses using SQL, SAS or R but not required
  • Preferred experience executing solutions within digital media analytics
  • MBA or graduate degree in quantitative field or marketing preferred
  • Extensive experience with ad server data or site analytics tools and data. Preferred basic experience with SQL or SAS or R
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills; takes initiative
  |  10 years working experience in IT practice executive search industry, strong in business development, execution and team management. Focus on Software, Internet and IT Services sector. Filled positions in field like R&D, IT Sales and function position like HR, Finance, Marketing etc.  |  more
