- The position is based in China and will require close interaction and coordination with the global organization.
- Develop the business for aggressive growth.
- Manage key accounts development, penetration and improvement.
- Identify potential growth areas and new account developments to capture ongoing business opportunities.
- Coordinate and facilitate cross functional communication and process improvement.
- Ability to establish relationships at all levels within a customer organization.
- Requires understanding of the market, developing solutions, customer relationships, partner go-to market.
- Have positive attitude, pro-active behavior, and a high desire for achievement.
- Integrity, aggressive, people-oriented, result-oriented & business acumen, open-minded and willing to take challenges.
- Strategic thinking, psychological maturity, ability to balance failure and success.
- Strong leadership skill to drive sales achievement and business development.
- At least 2 year Sales experience with Solution, System Integration, Software Service or Consulting Service.
- Industrial background is a must, like Banking, Telecom, Finance or others.
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Computer Science or relevant.
