- Provide technical support to existing customers via remote service(including phone / email and other remote support)
- According to the problems and search relevant patch in the knowledge database, release patches and download to the customer
- Submit unsolved the problem to second line or third line support and tracking process.
- Understand company’s development process and analyses problems.
- Master company’s report development tools.
- Any other tasks assigned
